From the Cumberland County Courthouse in Burkesville, take Highway 90 eastward for 9.1 miles. Turn left onto State Highway 1880. Continue to Highway 3146. Bear left and go to the bottom of the hill. Turn left and continue about 0.1 mile. Turn right onto Parrish Chapel Road and go 0.1 mile to the cemetery. According to Nancy and Gary Norris (Cumberland County, KY Cemeteries, 2010, found at Cumberland County Library), 75 known graves (mostly Radfords) and another 5 to 10 unknown graves at the Methodist Church site in Howards' Bottom community. The Norris' also provide coordinates of 36 50' 72" and 85 18' 81", which is odd in that seconds cannot be greater than 60. Google shows the cemetery at 36.846019 and -85.312787.
